This business is amazing!! I can't say enough good things about them. We recently found ourselves needing care for our dog and cat with only a few days notice. I was frantic, but then remembered my neighbor mentioning she had used this company. I called and left a message and received a call back within minutes. The next day they came out to meet me and our pets and everything was squared away. What a huge relief!!! Amy was our pets' sitter this time, and she was just awesome. She sent me email updates after each visit. We choose four visits per day. I loved receiving the photos she sent me too! She brought in mail and packages for us while we were gone as well. Knowing our fur babies were being cared for by such a loving person while in the comfort of their own home allowed us to not worry and enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend this business! What a relief!! Finally found someone to take care of Leo the cat. Very reasonable rates and excellent service to boot, I kid you not. Karyn was so responsive to all our needs for the kitty while we were gone for quite a while. We did not concern ourselves with any issues at all that you associate with reasonable concerns when hiring a pet sitter. I was beyond happy with the communication after each visit.
This gave me the opportunity to make ongoing suggestions about the care of my 3 dogs, including 1 that is handicapped. The communication included info about not just my pets but also appropriate questions about the house in general and the mail. It was so nice to come home and find a clean house and happy pets! I have used Karyn for my dog Cocoa then my sons dog Sasha. She goes above and beyond what I expected when she comes to our home for pet
care. She asks many questions about care, feeding, playtime and the pets personality. She sends updates and pictures so you know how your pet is doing while you are away. Karen & her team at pet sitters right at home are fantastic!! Very professional, courteous and have a true love for animals. My family recently used them for the first time while away for a week. Karyn I can always depend on you. Pet Sitters Right at Home. The Best Dog walking service ever. A few weeks ago I had to go to NY for business. I went even though I knew Buddy was not feeling well. I contacted the owner of Pet Sitters Right at Home and she (Karyn) took Buddy to the Vet and than sat with him thru compresses. Of course I needed to pay her for the Vet but she did not charge me for taking Buddy to the Vet and for the extra loving and care she provided. I felt relieved after she contacted to tell me she would take Buddy to the Vet because I new he was in very good hands. She has come to the rescue more than once for Buddy and I. Thank you from the Buddy of my heart!

We needed a sitter ASAP as our regular sitter moved out of town. After reading positive reviews we reached out to Karyn. We have one dog that isn’t very good with strangers. She took the time to get to know him and that put all of us at ease. Karyn is nothing short of amazing. She did such a great job with our babies; we will definitely be calling on her in the future.
