SCHEDULING AND RESERVATIONS
Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC operates as a reservation-in-advance, pre-pay service. All funds must be received prior to the start of service.
Requests may be submitted via our online scheduling system up to 48 hours in advance for current clients. For emergency or last‑minute requests within 48 hours, please call or text (609) 915-7392 and we will attempt to accommodate. A short‑notice booking fee will be applied to reservations requested within 48 hours of the start time.
Requests are not confirmed until you receive an approval email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, the request was not approved. Clients may view and manage confirmed bookings through their personal portal: https://www.timetopet.com/portal ↗ (https://www.timetopet.com/portal) (portal access is available to current clients only; new clients will receive portal access after completion of the New Client Activation appointment).
BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND CONFIRMATION
Your booking is considered final only after you receive an approval email.
Cancellation: We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start of service. Early returns do not qualify for refunds.
For short‑notice cancellations (within 48 hours of the scheduled start), please call or text (609) 915-7392; short‑notice cancellations may not be processed through the portal. You must receive an email confirmation that your cancellation request was received and approved.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Ensure your client profile contains up-to-date pet care instructions and emergency contact information.
If you will be traveling for multiple days, provide departure and return dates and times in the “ADDITIONAL DETAILS” section of your booking request.
Notify us on the request form if any other party will be present or will access the home during our service period.
MINIMUM VISIT REQUIREMENTS
For vacation/extended care, dogs require a minimum of three visits per day and cats require a minimum of one visit per day.
For clients with cats and/or small animals requiring once‑daily visits, visits will be scheduled according to our daily route in your area, except where animals require time‑sensitive, doctor‑prescribed medication.
VISIT TIMES
We cannot guarantee exact arrival times. We operate within a 2–3 hour arrival window and will arrive as close as possible to the requested time unless the pet requires time‑sensitive, doctor‑prescribed medication.
Time range options (approximate):
Early Morning: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Late Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Mid Day: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Early Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Late Afternoon: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Early Evening: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Evening: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
HOME ACCESS AND KEYS
Clients must provide a house key during the New Client Activation appointment. Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC will retain the key on file for use during scheduled services. If you elect to have us pick up and/or drop off your key, a $30 charge will apply to each pick-up and drop-off.
A house key is the primary form of access. Garage door codes or other electronic access codes may be used as secondary methods but cannot be relied upon in the event of power outages or battery failure. For the safety of your pet, all exterior doors must remain locked prior to and during service.
THIRD‑PARTY ACCESS
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accept bookings if third parties unknown to us will access the home during our service period, except for routine daily dog walks. If another party will be present or will access the home during service, indicate this on your request before submission.
HOLIDAY RATES
Visits falling on the following holiday periods will incur an additional time and a half fee: New Year’s Day, President’s Day Weekend, Easter Weekend (Friday–Sunday), Mother’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Father’s Day, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday/weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day After Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
PET‑PROOFING AND LIABILITY
It is the owner’s responsibility to pet‑proof their home and property, including, but not limited to, inspecting latches, doors, gates, fences, crates, leashes, collars, harnesses, and other containment equipment.
Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC is not responsible for costs, expenses, losses, liabilities, or claims arising out of or relating to the pet(s), except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct by Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC.
