We cannot guarantee specific arrival times for visits, but will operate within a 2 to 3 hour window to arrive as close as possible to the requested time. (unless your pet needs time-sensitive doctor prescribed medication)
Range of Times are as follows:
Early Morning
(7am - 9am range approx.)

For vacation type visits for dogs we require a minimum of 3 visits per day, and cats a minimum of 1 visit per day, while their owners are out of town. For clients with cats and small animals requiring once-a-day visits, we will schedule your visit time based on our daily route in your area, except for pets requiring critical doctor prescribed medication.
A house key will be the primary form of access to the home. Garage door or other access codes can be secondary form of access, but cannot be relied upon in the event of a power outage or battery failure. For the safety of the pet in the home, all doors must remain locked prior to the start of service and during service.
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accept bookings if other parties unknown to us will access the home during our service period (except for daily dog walks). If someone else will be in your home, please indicate that on your reservation before submitting. We appreciate your understanding.
Visits on Holidays incur a $15 additional fee.
This applies to New Year's Day, Easter Weekend (Friday-Sunday), Mother’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Father’s Day, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Full refund for more than 2 weeks notice, 75% refund for 7-14 days notice, 50% refund for 3-6 days notice, and no refund for less than 3 days notice. Please note, early returns do not qualify for refunds.
Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC is a reservation in advance pre-pay service. All funds must be received prior to the start of service. Our online scheduling system allows reservations to be requested for current clients up to 72 hours in advance of the start date. Please call or text (609) 915-7392 for emergency or last minute requests and we will try our best to accommodate. A fee will be applied for short notice scheduling.
Services are not scheduled until approved and confirmed with an email. If you do not receive an email confirmation your request was not approved. Clients can refer to this portal to check your schedule, and cancel upcoming visits.
If you put a request in to cancel upcoming visits you must receive an email confirmation that your cancelation request was received and approved. Short notice cancelations may not be put through the portal. For short notice cancelations you must call or text (609) 915-7392.
