Scheduling
Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC is a reservation in advance pre-pay service. All funds must be received prior to the start of booking. Our online scheduling system allows reservations to be requested for current clients up to 72 hours in advance of the start date. Please call or text (609) 915-7392 for emergency or last minute requests and we will try our best to accommodate. A fee ($10) will be applied for short notice (72 hr.) scheduling.
Requests are not booked until approved and confirmed with an email. If you do not receive an email confirmation your request was not approved. Clients can refer to their personal portal to check their schedule, and cancel bookings.
If you submit a request to cancel a booking you must receive an email confirmation that your cancelation request was received and approved. Short notice (72 hrs.) cancellations may not be put through the portal. For short notice (72 hrs.) cancellations you must call or text (609) 915-7392.

Minimum Visit Requirements
For vacation type care, dogs require a minimum of 3 visits per day, and cats a minimum of 1 visit per day, while their owners are out of town. For clients with cats and/or small animals requiring once-a-day visits, we will schedule your visit based on our daily route in your area, except for pets requiring critical doctor prescribed medication.
Visit Times
We cannot guarantee specific arrival times for bookings, but will operate within a 2 to 3 hour window to arrive as close as possible to the requested time. (unless your pet needs time-sensitive doctor prescribed medication)
Range of Times are as follows:
Early Morning
(7am - 9am range approx.)
Late Morning
(9am - 11am range approx.)
Mid Day
(11am - 1pm range approx.)
Early Afternoon
(1pm - 3pm range approx.)
Late Afternoon
(3pm - 5pm range approx.)
Early Evening
(5pm - 7pm range approx.)
Evening
(7pm - 9pm range approx.)
Home Access
Clients will provide a house key during the New Client Activation Appointment which Pet Sitters Right At Home will keep on file. If you choose to have us pick up/drop off your key there will be a $30 charge for both pick up and drop off. A house key will be the primary form of access to the home. Garage door or other access codes can be a secondary form of access, but cannot be relied upon in the event of a power outage, battery failure, etc.. For the safety of the pet in the home, all doors must remain locked prior to the start of service and during service.
Third-Party Access
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accept bookings if other parties unknown to us will access the home during our service period (except for daily dog walks). If someone else will be in your home, please indicate that on your request before submitting. We appreciate your understanding.
Holiday Rates
Visits on the following Holiday period incur a $15 additional fee.
This applies to New Year's Day, President's Day Weekend, Easter Weekend (Friday-Sunday), Mother’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Father’s Day, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday and the weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen and plans change. We offer 100% refund if you cancel up to 1 week before the booking. If you have to cancel last minute (less than 7 days before the booking) we will issue a minimum 50% refund to you. Please note, early returns do not qualify for refunds.
Pet-Proofing and Liability
It is the owner's responsibility to "pet proof" their home and property, including but not limited to inspecting latches, doors, gates, fences, crates, leashes, collars, harness's and other equipment meant to contain their pet. Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC is not responsible for costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and claims arising out of or relating to the pet(s) except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Pet Sitters Right At Home, LLC.
